Aaron J. Cohen is a Partner in the Commercial Brokerage group with transactional experience in all asset classes. For the last few years, there has been a focus on retail leasing and restaurant projects. Aaron is a graduate of Texas Tech University and received Bachelor degrees in both Finance and Economics, and comes with over two decades of sales experience.
Born in El Paso, Texas, Aaron has been in the Bryan/College Station area since 2005. When out of the office, Aaron can be found doing anything outdoors. Whether he is playing golf, tennis, softball, hunting, or fishing, he always makes himself available for his friends and clients. Aaron has fallen in love with the BCS area and is excited to grow with the community that has given him so much.
Greg Jasper, CCIM
Partner
Greg Jasper is a Managing Partner of Agora Commercial Real Estate. With over 25 years of real estate and construction experience, he has worked on a variety of real estate projects over his career. He concentrates on the Student Housing space and enjoys sourcing development deals and assisting clients with the acquisition and disposition of their assets. He holds the CCIM Designation.
Greg has helped source over 5,000 beds of student housing and over 1,500 units of market-rate apartments in multiple markets around Texas. He has personally been involved in some of the largest land deals in College Station, assisting with brokerage, entitlements and development for these deals.
Greg received a degree from Texas A&M University and has lived in the Brazos Valley since 1988. He also holds a Broker’s license in the State of Texas. Greg, and his wife of 23 years, Courtney, spend most of their evenings and weekends at baseball diamonds, football fields or basketball courts with their three boys Grady, Gavin, and Graham.
